ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE

All vendors will know if they have been accepted by October 5th. Reimbursement will be issued at this time for those vendors who weren't accepted this year.

LOOKING FOR VARIETY

We reserve the right to choose the vendor based on the pictures and descriptions of their items. We want to ensure a wide variety within the bazaar to serve a diverse group of visitors.

BUSINESS LICENSE

All venders must have a BALDWIN COUNTY BUSINESS LICENSE to participate.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS

Forms without pictures and child protection agreement will

not be accepted.

Booth Price: $75 (limit 2)

Table Rental:
$10 for 6 foot; $15 for 8 foot

2020 Bazaar COVID Update

Our plan for the 15th Annual Christmas Bazaar is to introduce online bidding for the silent auction. If it gets to a point where the Christmas Bazaar Committee decides to cancel the Bazaar at St. Lawrence due to Covid-19, we are hoping to implement all the different facets of our Bazaar onto this online forum as well. We are looking to make a final decision by September.

 

What does that mean for you as a vendor?

 

    1. If the Bazaar is taking place as planned, then this will be a great opportunity to buy an ad as a sponsor on the auction page. This ad will be offered at a discounted rate of $30 for vendors. This will include the ad linked to your facebook, website, or online store, mention on our website’s sponsor page and advertisements as an event sponsor.

 

2. If the Bazaar at St. Lawrence is canceled and we move to a virtual event, you can opt (on your application) to:

  a. Receive a full refund and no information on joining the virtual Bazaar

    OR

  b. Purchase an ad for $30 to join virtual Bazaar
