ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE

All vendors will know if they have been accepted by October 2021 Reimbursement will be issued at this time for those vendors who weren't accepted this year.

LOOKING FOR VARIETY

We reserve the right to choose the vendor based on the pictures and descriptions of their items. We want to ensure a wide variety within the bazaar to serve a diverse group of visitors.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS

Forms without pictures and child protection agreement will

not be accepted.

BUSINESS LICENSE

All venders must have a BALDWIN COUNTY BUSINESS LICENSE to participate.

BOOTH INFORMATION

Booth Size: 10'x10'

Booth Price: $75 (limit 2)

Table Rental:
$10 for 6 foot; $15 for 8 foot

NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED
