APPLICATION DEADLINE

ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE
All vendors will know if they have been accepted by
October 11, 2025. Reimbursement will be issued at this time for those vendors who were not accepted this year.
 

LOOKING FOR VARIETY 
We reserve the right to choose the vendor based on the pictures and descriptions of their items. We want to ensure a wide variety within the Bazaar to serve a diverse group of visitors.

Only waitlist spaces will be available after the spaces have been filled.

 

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS
Forms without pictures and child protection agreement will not be accepted.

BUSINESS LICENSE
All vendors must have a BALDWIN COUNTY BUSINESS LICENSE to participate. 

 

BOOTH INFORMATION
Booth size: 10'x10'
Booth price: $80 (limit 2)
Table Rental:
$10 for 6 foot, $15 for 8 foot
